Municipal Center Reception Renovation

Simultaneous to completing the McHenry Recreation Center, FGM was hired, as the first step to
remodeling some of the office space abandoned by the relocation of the recreation staff into a
new facility, to renovate the Municipal Center Reception area for the City of McHenry as well as
of the adjoining administrative spaces for a modest $105,000 construction budget.

Park Ridge Park District
Centennial Fitness Center Administration Offices and Locker Room Renovation

With a demand for more administrative space and a dire need to update portions of one of
their largest revenue facilities, the Park Ridge Park District engaged FGM to renovate
administration offices and locker rooms at their Centennial Fitness Center for a $370,000
construction cost.
