Name and Position Duties
• Formulating strategies related to meeting legal service needs, corporate secretary functions, company
activities, as well as internal and external corporate communications;
• Directing and overseeing the formulation and implementation of work plans and budgets for all activities;
• Directing and overseeing all activities related to legal services, corporate secretary functions, company
activities, and both internal and external corporate communications;
• Ensuring the availability of policies and procedures for all activities within the scope of the Corporate
Secretary & Compliance Sub Directorate;
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implementing all activities related to legal services, corporate
secretary functions, company activities, and communications both internally and externally within the
company;
• Formulating strategies related to all activities including strategy development and setting corporate
performance targets, business processes, management systems, performance assessment mechanisms, risk
management, as well as health, safety, and environmental aspects;
• Directing and overseeing the formulation and implementation of work plans and budgets for all activities;
• Ensuring the availability of policies and procedures for all activities within the scope of the Strategy &
Business Sub-Directorate;
• Directing and overseeing all activities related to the functions of strategy formulation and corporate
performance setting, business processes, management systems, performance assessment mechanisms, risk
management, as well as health, safety, and environmental;
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implementing all activities within the scope of Strategy &
Business.
• Formulating strategies related to all activities including asset management strategy formulation and target
setting, construction work planning and management, research and development implementation, and
business and inf rastructure potential development;
• Directing and overseeing the formulation and implementation of work plans and budgets for all activities;
• Directing and overseeing all activities related to the functions of strategy formulation and setting asset
targets, construction work planning and management, research and development implementation, as
well as business and inf rastructure potential development to achieve the strategic objectives set by the
company; Ensuring the availability of policies and procedures for all activities within the scope of the Asset
& Engineering Sub-Directorate.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implementing all activities within the scope of the Asset &
Engineering Sub-Directorate.
• Conducting studies and offering recommendations to the Board of Directors, encompassing both technical
and non-technical areas.
• Performing special tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
• Memformulasikan strategi pada seluruh kegiatan terkait dengan fungsi pengelolaan keuangan yang
mencakup pelaksanaan dan evaluasi anggaran, perbendaharaan dan manajemen keuangan, penyusunan
dan pelaporan keuangan, akuntansi dan analisis kinerja keuangan, perpajakan, serta pengelolaan Teknologi
Informasi (IT) yang mencakup pengelolaan strategis dan tata kelola arsitektur IT, pengembangan aplikasi,
manajemen layanan IT, pengelolaan infrastruktur IT, manajemen data, dan pengelolaan keamanan IT untuk
mendukung kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan dan memastikan target perusahaan dapat tercapai;
• Mengarahkan dan mengawasi dalam penyusunan dan implementasi rencana kerja & anggaran tahunan pada
seluruh kegiatan pada lingkup Sub Direktorat Finance & IT;
• Memastikan tersedianya kebijakan dan prosedur untuk seluruh kegiatan dalam ruang lingkup Sub Direktorat
Finance & IT;
• Mengarahkan dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan terkait dengan keseluruhan fungsi pengelolaan keuangan
dan teknologi informasi (IT);
• Memonitor dan mengevaluasi kinerja pelaksanaan pengelolaan dan pemeliharaan kegiatan pengelolaan
Tedy Jiwantara Sitepu keuangan dan IT.
Direktur Umum • Memformulasikan strategi pada seluruh kegiatan terkait dengan fungsi transformasi & pengelolaan

perubahan (change management) perusahaan, pengelolaan organisasi dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM),
pengelolaan sarana umum dan aset non-operasional serta pengadaan untuk mendukung kebutuhan bisnis
perusahaan;
• Mengarahkan dan mengawasi dalam penyusunan dan implementasi rencana kerja & anggaran tahunan
pada selurh kegiatan tranformasi & change management perusahaan, pengelolaan organisasi & SDM serta
pengelolaan sarana umum (termasuk aset non-operasional) dan pengadaan barang/jasa;
• Memastikan tersedianya kebijakan dan prosedur untuk seluruh kegiatan dalam ruang lingkup Sub Direktorat
HC, GS & SCM;
• Mengarahkan dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan terkait dengan keseluruhan fungsi dalam ruang lingkup Sub
Direktorat HHC, GS & SCM;
• Memonitor dan mengevaluasi kinerja pelaksanaan tranformasi & Change Management perusahaan,
pengelolaan organisasi & SDM serta pengelolaan sarana umum (termasuk aset non-operasional) dan
pengadaan barang/jasa.
