                                             operational service and NRW reduction activities; Ensuring the availability of policies and procedures for all
                                             activities within the scope of the Commercial Sub Directorate.
                                          •   Directing and overseeing all activities related to the overall operational service functions and NRW
                                             reduction;
                                          •   Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implementing management and maintenance activities
                                             for operational services and NRW reduction to ensure smooth operational service delivery; Formulating
                                             comprehensive strategies for managing customer relationships and customer data, as well as marketing new
                                             connections and developing new business related to improving customer service or service products to
                                             enhance PAM JAYA’s service coverage;
                                          •   Directing and overseeing the preparation and implementation of work plans and budgets for all activities
                                             related to managing customer relationships and customer data, as well as marketing new connections and
                                             developing new business to enhance service coverage by PAM JAYA;
                                          •   Ensuring the availability of policies and procedures for all activities within the scope of the Customer
                                             Management & Marketing Strategy Sub Directorate. Directing and overseeing all activities related to
                                             the overall operational functions of service, such as customer relations, customer data, marketing for
                                             new connections, and developing new business related to service products, aimed at enhancing service
                                             coverage. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implementing management and maintenance
                                             activities within the Customer Management & Marketing Strategy function to ensure smooth operational
                                             service delivery.
