Urban Pathways aspires to have the right staff, at the right time, with the right skills, in
the right positions to meet the needs of the people we serve. We will attract, develop,
engage, and retain a talented workforce that are hired appropriately, paid fairly,
managed effectively, and have clear career paths for advancement and opportunities to
learn and grow. We will ensure consistency, transparency, fairness and equity in
policies, processes, procedures and management practices and decisions, with easy
access to information, resources, and records.
