Staff understand, embrace and use current standards, evidenced based models and best
practices, such as Motivational Interviewing.
Higher quality and more consistent services.
Rapport between staff and consumers/tenants.
Staff engaged around #Just Pay and other advocacy activities and influence policies that
directly impact them and the people we serve.
Cross-training and deep “bench” for back-up and advancement.
A stable and talented workforce.
Learning and development opportunities are available to all and aligned with program
defined goals including data and data driven practices and development of new services.
Attrition rate of less than industry standard in the first year of employment.
