Technology Solutions
We aspire for Urban Pathways’ staff and stakeholders to recognize, value, and expand
their use of technology to seek solutions, streamline processes, make data -driven
decisions, and work more efficiently. We will provide staff and consumers/tenants with
the tools and skills needed to work effectively and collaborate in a digital world. We
will continue efforts toward digitizing, standardizing, and automating systems and
processes that are codified and communicated with the entire organization and through
our supportive services. All employees will have access to technology and the ability to
collaborate, enter/retrieve data, and use (and assist consumers/tenants in using)
available equipment and online resources.
