It was another good year for Ensign sailing on Biscayne Bay in 2022. As this
report is being typed, we’re still celebrating the Hall of Fame induction of the
dean of ECA’s Fleet 8, Richard Crisler, for teaching thousands of men and
women how to sail on Ensigns. At age 84, he’s likely taught more Ensign sailing
classes than anyone alive and he’s certainly responsible for the Coconut Grove
Sailing Club’s vibrant Ensign instructional fleet. Thank you, Richard!
