Fleet 10 and the St Mary’s River Yacht Club (SMRYC) had 8 days of racing in
2022; the races were handicapped with other club boats and 4-6 Ensigns
regularly making it out to the course. Naturally, the Ensigns are always racing
against each other, though no official tracking of Ensign finishes was conducted.
Ensign skippers met on the last Friday of February 2023 for a pint and to discuss
ideas for more participation and leveraging the handicap race event data for
Fleet 10 honors. Looking forward to more boats on the water in the 2023
season, racing and day sailing – Go Ensign Sailing!
