                Ingredients

                Cupcakes:




                    ½ cup white sugar
                    ¼ cup vegetable oil
                    ¼ cup cold water
                    2 large eggs eggs
                    3 tablespoons pink lemonade powder

                    ⅓ cup buttermilk
                    1 cup all-purpose flour
                    ½ teaspoon baking soda

                    ½ teaspoon baking powder
                    1 dash red food coloring, or as desired



                Buttercream Frosting:



                    4 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
                    ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

                    ¼ cup half-and-half
                    2 tablespoons pink lemonade powder
                    1 dash red food coloring, or as desired
