Melted Witch Chips and
Guacamole
Makes 50 chips and 1½ cups guacamole
“This made Dorothy so very angry that she picked up the bucket of water that stood near

Making your own festively shaped baked tortilla chips is an easy way to amp up any holiday
food spread.
INGREDIENTS
For the Chips
2 (10-inch) spinach tortillas
2 (10-inch) tomato tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ tablespoon kosher salt
For the Guacamole
2 medium avocados
1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
½ cup diced red onion
2 teaspoons snipped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
