4-inch broom cookie cutter

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Use the hat cookie cutters to cut out 20

hats from the spinach tortillas.

2 Lightly brush both sides of each hat with olive oil and sprinkle with
salt. Place on 2 ungreased baking sheets and bake hats for 6

minutes, flipping and rotating the pans halfway through. Transfer to a
wire rack to cool.

3 Use the broom cutter to cut out 30 brooms from the tomato

tortillas. Repeat Step 2 (there will most likely be a little oil and salt
left over). Bake brooms for only 5 minutes.

4 To make the guacamole, peel and seed avocados and place in a
medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and coarsely mash.

5 Transfer chips and guacamole to serving plate and bowl.

Serve to Dorothy and her friends after they defeat the Wicked Witch!
