with the spatula without sticking. If it still sticks, allow it to cook for

                another minute.

                4 Flip the fillet and sprinkle with the same amount of salt and pepper

                as before. Allow to cook for 3 minutes or until the meat is very pale

                peach throughout and the internal temperature reaches 120°F.
                Transfer to a serving plate.


                5 Repeat Steps 2 to 4 with the remaining plain butter, fillets, and
                seasoning. Add approximately 1 tablespoon lemon dill butter to the

                top of each of your fillets.


                Serve after a long trek through the wilderness!
