Wheel Bearing Tool Kit

Suitable for vehicles with bearing Ø of 85mm such as VW T5 (front and rear axle), KL-0041-450 B
VW Touareg and Porsche Cayenne (front axle).
The wheel bearing tool KL-0041-45 B enables the quick and safe installation of wheel
hub bearing units without the risk of damaging them.
Note:
• The wheel hub puller KL-0041-38 is required to remove wheel hub bearing units.
• A hydraulic pump is required to drive the hydraulic cylinder KL-0040-2500.

Wheel Bearing Tool Kit with Hydr. Cyl.

Suitable for vehicles with bearing Ø of 75mm, such as Mitsubishi Colt Model
KL-0041-400 A
(Z30) and Smart Forfour (W454), front axle.
The KL-0041-40 A wheel bearing tool kit is used in conjunction with the KL-0215-35 M25
or KL-0215-37 M25 hydraulic pump, thus allowing for the quick and safe installation of
wheel hub bearing units without any risk of damaging them. Due to its special design,
the tool ensures that, while mounting the unit, the applied pressing force is distributed
on the outer bearing race only and not on the wheel hub. This prevents damage to the
bearing. The removal of the steering knuckle from the vehicle is not necessary.
