IT IS GUARANTEED YOU WILL FAIL A FEW TIMES

In following you dreams either seeking to work for someone or doing your own thing,

there are chance that you will fail a few times before you can begin to walk perfectly.

Success is not the absolute absence of failure; it is ability to weather the storms and rise

above the tides. Forget seeking a smooth ride in your business or career, it will never
happen. Failure is part of life; it is part succeeding. It is part of learning. Do not be afraid

of failures or making mistakes, it is part of the process. You will make some bad business
decisions, misread forecasts, trust a fraud without doing a proper background check,

over-book an order, Under-supply a demand, fail to meet deadlines etc. It is all a part of
the learning curve. Failure is part of growing and learning in business. It gives you

experience – the best teacher. Someone said 'FAIL' means First Attempt in Learning. If

you must learn well, you must fail, you must fall, and rise from there, with valuable
               lessons that will help you consolidate on your success. Failure is not the end of the road;

it is a temporary setback for a glorious comeback.

As first timers learning to stand, failure can be a severe devastating blow and

knock-down, but a knock-down is never a knock-out! If you fail or fall, rise, and keep
moving. However, a note of caution is that when you fall, take a second look at the

obstacle that makes you fall, and avoid or jump over it in the future. It means each time
you make a mistake, learn a lesson. Do not let the fear of failure cripple you so much that

you are unable to do anything, do not let the blow of failure knock you down so much
that you are knocked out or pass out, and unable to get back on your feet. Your attitude

towards temporary setbacks should be such that each time you are knocked down, you
get back on your feet as quick as you can. But do not just get up and keep moving, pick

something up; learn a lesson! Although you are fallible, do not make the same mistake

twice. Learn from every mistake and improve. Put measures in place to forestall a
re-occurrence. That is how to grow well.

You are not immune from errors, erring is human. We all make mistakes or have missed
it or will miss it at a point. But you can minimize your failures by following standard
