Items required for phlebotomy was keep in locker without proper labelling.
WHAT WAS CHANGED, IMPROVED OR IMPLEMENTED?
A smart trolley for blood taking was created and located where the phlebotomy was done.

1. More systematic.
2. Reduce movement waste as phlebotomist does not have to move around to find the items.
