INTRODUCTION:


               Herewith a list of do’s and don’ts from Swedev in regard to doctor blades
               for both Flexo and Gravure applications.



               It is critical that we study this and even hand these out to our customers.



               Remember that it is easier to sell solutions to resolve customer problems,
               than just selling products to a customer.



               Do you recall the story Bob tells of their American distributor for Swedev,
               who when he visits a customer, the first thing he asks is what problems
               are you having?   So if you confidently know all the cures to blade
               problems, you already have your foot in the door.



               Make sure you take the time to read and understand these charts
