INTRODUCTION:

Scapa’s range of Exafit High Performance (HP) foam cushion mounting tapes meet all modern flexographic printing
needs. Scapa double–sided, compressible foam tapes are uniquely engineered to meet the most stringent demands of
the flexographic industry.

Scapa foam is manufactured to set tolerances. This will range from 390 to 430 microns for the 15 thou cushion mount.
The 20 thou foam ranges is between 535 and 580 microns. The consistent thickness of the foam allows for tight
tolerance and helps to eliminates register problems, low or high spots which will affect your print quality. This also helps
prevents dot gain and pin holing.

Scapa offers you a wide range of tapes with different levels of adhesion and thickness to meet all your printing demands.
Scapa’s products guarantee undebatable consistency and quality of print finish. Double sided cushion mount is used to
keep the printing plates (stereos) in position after it’s been mounted and ready to be used on the printing press.
