The different range of adhesive levels helps the mounter or operator secure the stereo in position onto the surface of the
     cushion mount. This prevents the stereos from lifting on the run.

     Cushion mount is built up from different layers of adhesive, films and foam to add strength and structure to the matrix.
     The cushion acts as a shock absorber between the anilox roller, stereo / print roller and impression roller or central
     impression drum (CI press).

     The Double-Sided Cushion also helps the printer achieve the end result by selecting the correct hardness in the Scapa
     range of foam mounting tapes available.

     The range of Scapa tapes consist of the following products.
            Double-sided foam cushion mounting tapes;
            Double-sided cloth tape;
          Double-sided filmic hard mount tapes.
