Truth to Teach (Source)
Heart concepts: Communication, Serving, Order, Creator and Creation
God readily communicates with us what we need to know to follow him, and a wise man listens
to such instruction. (Proverbs 19: 20) Similarly we can serve others by giving clear
instructions, as we can also benefit from instructions given by suitably qualified people.
As Creator, God does everything with supreme craftsmanship and power. From him, and in
particular the Holy Spirit, come the skill, ability and inspiration to create with words. (Exodus
31:1-3) A person gifted in his/her craft is in a position to give glory to God as well as pleasure
to many.
Learning to appreciate and write clear, sequenced instructions

Summer Term Part 1
Week 1 Introduction to instructions: instructions can be helpful
Week 2 Sequencing instructions
Week 3 Practical lesson following instructions, eg Art, Cookery
Week 4 Instructions can be life-saving
Week 5 Visitor who gives instructions as part of their job, e.g. army officer,
swimming instructor, trainers/coaches
