6. The children could complete the worksheet, make food chain mobiles or draw pictures of
various food chains. If the children have access to the Internet, by putting ‘Food chains’ into
a search engine like Google, there are programmes to enable pupils to create their own food
chains as below.
7. End by reviewing the lesson and thanking God for his provision of food as well as praying
for those in other nations who do not have enough to eat due to famine, war, etc.
Learning for Life (Fulfilment)
The children should appreciate the feeding relationships between plants and animals in a habitat and
be able to describe them in appropriate terms. They should also have a sense of gratitude to God
for the provision of daily food.
