                                  Read a Bible passage then read the story of a social reformer.

                    10.15 am      Talk about education of the rich in Victorian times. Worksheet


                    10.45-11.00 am       Break (Hops, skipping ropes, balls)

                    11-12 am      Arithmetic (Maths)


                    12-1.15       Lunch

                    1.15-2.15     Talk about education for the poor.  Worksheet or Story-writing

                    2.15 – 3.00  Drawing/Colouring


                    3.00 – 3.15  Story


            The teacher should be dressed up too and carrying a cane. Strictness was a hallmark
            of a Victorian classroom.

            The various worksheets could be given out during the day or the children could write
            notes from the teacher’s lessons.
