Team Members
Ginefsaga is made up of seven (7) aspiring young entrepreneurs from various high schools
throughout Guam.
The goal of the Human Resources Department is to foster teamwork and learning. Ginefsaga
values teamwork because we believe that teamwork is the foundation of success. Especially
with the amount of work that needs to be accomplished in the production process, teamwork
was imperative.
To be a member of Ginefsaga, each person was required to purchase one (1) share of stock. for
5$ each. Every member is paid $0.50 per hour and $2.00 per meeting for officers. Members are
given a ten percent commission on each product sale.
