                   •  501(c)(3) Non-Profit Certificate
                   •  Minutes of Meetings from previous administration
                   •  Scheduled Activities
                   •  Social Media information
                   •  Contact information for International Federation
                   •  Letter of endorsement to International Federation
                   •  Fees (Membership, sanction, etc.) associated with International Federations and affiliated
                       regional organizations are current
                   •  Letter of endorsement to GNOC
                   •  Letter of endorsement to GNAC



               Compliances

               It is the responsibility of each National Federation to ensure that they are in full compliance with the
               Rules and Regulations of the Guam National Olympic Committee, International Olympic Committee,
               International Federation, Guam National Athletes Commission and Word Anti-Doping Agency.

               The following compliances should be included as an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation or By-
               Laws of the National Federation:
                   1.  Eligibility and Residency Requirements of the Guam National Olympic Committee
                   2.  Formation of the National Federation Athletes Commission (NF AC).  One male and one female
                       representative from the NF AC should serve on the Executive Board as per IOC mandate.  One
                       male and one female should also represent the NF in the Guam National Athletes Commission.
                   3.  World Anti-Doping Agency policy
                   4.  A representative to the GNOC Women and Sport Commission



               Annual Report

               Each National Federation is required to submit their Annual Report to the GNOC by January 15 of the
               following year.  The report outlines the changes in operation, administration, programs, compliances,
               issues and call to action.  This report must be signed by the NF President and Secretary-General prior to
               submittal.  The report should be emailed to GNOC on word format.  A copy of the Annual Report format
               is provided.
