CHRISTINA'S
GINGER COOKIES
INGREDIENTS PROCEDURE
1 cup sugar Cream butter, sugar. Add egg,
1 cup butter 01 molasses, spices, and soda in
1 egg water. Add flour. Chill several
1 cup molasses hours in fridge.
1 tsp. each: ginger, cinnamon,
salt
1 tsp soda, dissolved in 3 02 Roll on a rolling pin with a lightly
tablespoons boiling water floured cloth. Sprinkle cloth with
4 1/2 cups flour sugar to keep dough from
sticking. Sprinkle top of dough
with sugar, as you roll. Roll the
dough very thin.
03 Bake at 350 degrees about 10
minutes. Keep any unused dough
