WINKS
INGREDIENTS PROCEDURE
2 2/3 cups corn flakes cereal
2 1/4 cups flour Crush corn flakes to about 1 1/3
2 tsp baking powder 01 cups. Stir together flour, baking
1/2 teaspoon salt powder and salt. Mix butter and
3/4 cup butter sugar until light. Add eggs and
1 cup sugar beat. Mix in milk and vanilla into
2 eggs sugar mixture, and then add in
2 tablespoons milk flour mixture. Mix until
1 teaspoon vanilla combined.
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup finely cut dates Add nuts, dates, and cherries and
1/2 cup finely chopped cherries 02 mix. Portion dough into
15 maraschino cherries, cut in
tablespoon dollops. Shape into
1/4
balls. Roll in crushed cornflakes
mixture.
PREP TIME 03 Place on greased sheet pan, and
put maraschino cherry on top of
Prep | 20 m each cookie. Bake at 375 degrees
Cook | 10 m for 10 minutes or until golden.
Ready in | 30 m Take off baking sheets
immediately! Enjoy!
