CORTNEY'S
CINNAMON ROLLS
INGREDIENTS PROCEDURE
2 cups flour Blend flour and salt in large bowl.
1 tsp salt 01 Cut shortening into flour
3/4 cup well chilled crisco mixture using pastry blender or
6 tbsp ice cold water fork until course crumbs
Cinnamon as needed form. stir in just enough water
Sugar as needed with fork until Dough holds
together. Divide in
half. Wrapped in plastic wrap.
Chill for 30 minutes. Roll out one
at a time until it reaches a pie
crust thickness. Sprinkle too
much sugar and cinnamon
and blend with hands. Cut the
cinnamon rolls into 2 inch
strips and roll each strip. If
PREP TIME cinnamon and sugar is falling out
then you know you put enough!
Place on baking sheet and bake
Prep | 20 m for whatever amount of minutes
Cook | 10-12 m makes them hard but don’t too
Chill time | 4 h hard :)
