choosing the job, and some claimed “yes” and some claimed “no”.

People who said “yes”, suggested that the body conditions might get
worse when aging. Therefore, choosing the company that provides
health welfare is more beneficial. On the other hand, people who said
“no” claimed that they prefer other factors such as stability, salary, and
working conditions. The interviewees said their companies are having

various health welfare and cyclical physical examinations, support
vacation, leave of absence for patients, and health insurance were
common answers from them. However, we questioned them about the
company in developing countries’ health welfare, and they identically

said they cannot afford to provide sufficient health welfare but they
assumed only a short vacation can be provided for people that live in
                       developing nations.
On the top of that the question we asked was, “Does health welfare

give you the great potential to work more efficiently?”. The answer
was, “If the employees are healthy, they can work everyday without
absences. So they can work twice or more times than the employee
without health welfare.” In addition, some assume that they can

perceive loyalty and can increase work efficiencies, not feeling anxious
about health problems, and working in a sustainable environment.
Lastly, we inquired which health welfare they want to have. They
commonly responded that they wanted to aid for health welfare after

retirement which supports a certain degree of health care after
                      retirement.
