through employee welfare is greater than what people think: About 15-

                       30% of improvement is shown throughout the whole group of
                       companies that have a standard employment welfare system.
                       Employment welfare system is not just about employees’ physical
                       health. It also makes employees feel that their company is trustworthy
                       and supportive, which can encourage them to work more efficiently and

                       productively. So, it is very obvious that how companies treat their
                       employees affect the growth rate of companies. In the past, factories
                       and corporations needed very few people who directed the workplace
                       and many employees who did simple labor. But nowadays, things have

                       changed. Employees are now professionals that are essential for the
                       companies, so the company and employees have to harmonize and work
                       together for improvements. That is why the employee welfare system
                       is important: Employees want to get proper treatment that fits their

                       working ability. Even when the company has lots of resources and
                       ideas, if workers continue to move away, their future will not be very
                       successful.


               6. Conclusion

                       In conclusion, the quality of employment welfare system not only

                       improves the satisfaction of employees but also affects their working
                       efficiency in a positive way. Our group was able to see the
                       consequences of the employment welfare system from gathering

                       opinions of various recipients. Some of them answered that they
                       consider employment welfare as the most important factor when they
                       choose their jobs, but the others answered that they consider the other
                       factors instead. In this result, we can see that the employment welfare
                       system is something optional for employees, they prefer to have it but

                       they can give up on it if there are other benefits. But it is certainly true
                       that employment welfare is an important factor that can highly upgrade
                       the overall quality of a workplace.


                       Treating employees as replaceable resources can increase productivity
                       in a short time, but when the companies treat their employees as
                       respectable professionals, that is when the company and society can
                       truly move into the next step. Nowadays, the word ‘work’ does not only

                       mean a simple labor but also means a complex job that requires the
