Our group has done a survey in order to find out Singapore Korean International

                      School people’s thoughts about health welfare.Our group has asked  “Would

                      you rather work in a company that provides health welfare or not?For
                      this question , 100% of 25 students answered ‘with health welfare’.The
                      second question was ‘Do you currently have a occupation?’For this

                      question . 76% of 25 people answered ‘No’ and 24% answered ‘yes’.
                      The third question  was ‘If you have an occupation in which country are
                      you working in?’.For this question , 70% answered ‘Singapore’ , 30%
                      answered ‘other’. The fourth question was , ‘ What do you think about

                      the quality of your occupation’s employment welfare?’ For this question
                      30% answered ‘Very good’ , 40% Neutral and 30% ‘Bad’ . Lastly we
                      asked ‘how satisfied are you with your workplace’s given health
                      welfare?’For this question , 30% choose ‘5’ , 10% choose ‘4’ ,  30%
                      choose ‘3’ , 10% choose ‘2’ and 20% choose ‘1’.Our hypothesis is that

                      people who work in developed countries have better health welfare
                      which leads to higher efficiency for workers.Through the survey our
                      result match with our hypothesis.


               5. Discussion


                       From the research, we could determine that workplace factors that
                       support employee welfare can improve the efficiency of employees.

                       Many presses nowadays support that the employment welfare system
                       is not just an optional but essential system for both the company and
                       employees. It is found out that the improvement of working efficiency
