In the second section, we are going to compare employee welfare between
the first world countries and third world countries and how these differences
of welfare systems affect society. Difference between the welfare
employment system can be very large depending on the economic system of
that country. We will investigate these differences and compare them
thoroughly.
In the third section, we will examine the improvement of the employee
welfare system through the history of industry. Our world has gone through a
lot of changes in the welfare employment system: There was a time when the
concept of employment welfare system didn’t even exist, which is very
different from the current industries. Consequently, the lifespan of employees
and their treatments were very different from now. By this section, we can
support the research results of previous sections more thoroughly.
3. Experimental method
We performed 2 different experimental methods- qualitative and
quantitative.
For quantitative, a couple of our teammates worked on an online survey
and conducted an experiment on teachers and students. To find out if
the healthcare system is one of the conditions that they consider when
they are choosing their job, we included the following question: “Would
you rather work in a company that provides health welfare or not?”.
Next, to find out the relationship between workplace in developed
countries and quality of employment welfare, we planned to question
which country they are currently working in and what their opinion on
the quality of their occupation’s employment welfare. Lastly, to find out
the relationship between the quality of employment welfare and
satisfaction of their workplace, we included the following question too:
“how satisfied are you with your workplace’s given health welfare?”
Our hypothesis is that people who work in developed countries have
better health welfare which leads to higher efficiency for workers.
For qualitative reasons, we have interviewed our parents and teachers.
Our purpose is to get more precise answers than the quantitative data.
We quiered them about if they considered health welfare while
