1-8 My on reader(온라인 영어독서) 프로그램 운영

Aim

1. To enhance student's ability to read English books with regarding student's
English proficiency.
2. To promote students to read various books about different topics and

traditions.
3. To give students the opportunity to read English books on a regular basis
4. To get the data of reading tendency and reading ability from students.
5. To introduce students exact books which be handled by students suitably.

Operation Policy

1. Every English homeroom teachers manage the progress of English reading
status online.
2. Students get the orientation from English teachers about how to connect to the

website and how to read books online.
3. Every English homeroom teachers can give students the assignment to read
some books.

Detailed Promotion Plan

1. How: Diagnosis test online ➜ Each student gets their reading level. ➜ Read
suitable books at their level at home.

2. Duty: Neerosha(main) Esther(support)
3. Target Groups of Students: All elementary students. Grade 1-6.
4. Give an award after completing the appropriate amount of books.
5. Make award system for Students accomplished the recommended amount of
books for each grade
Homeroom teachers need to encourage them who don't participate well.

6. My On Reading admin teacher plans the award system for advanced learners in
each grade.
7. Parents get information on how to use Myon Readers from the school and help
the kids to read E-books
