Pickleball Club - Drop-In Program
Pickleball, the fastest growing sport in America!!! Join our “Drop-in” Club on Wednesdays at 5:00 pm at the NEW
Community Park Pickleball Courts. Players of all skill and experience levels are welcome. Due to demand and skill levels we
may expand to additional days. This is a “Drop-In” program, but we would like you to “express your interest” by emailing
recreation@eastbrunswick.org to let us know your skill level and intention so we can make sure we have enough court space/
time to accommodate everyone and create a communication list.

Pickleball League - Doubles
Join the NEW East Brunswick Doubles Pickleball League; Men’s, Women’s, & Mixed Divisions. Games will be scheduled
between 6:00 and 9:00 pm on the Community Park Pickleball Courts. When registering, please include your teammate’s
name or state if you would like to be placed with another “non-attached” player. Weekly matches will be best 2 out of 3 games
to 15 points. Ball supplied by Recreation. Games will be self officiated with a Site Supervisor on hand.

Yang Style Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a moving exercise of connected postures that often looks like a slow dance. Yang Style Tai Chi has become the
most widely practiced style worldwide. This gentle exercise has many health benefits; improved balance, muscle strength,
range of motion, joint flexibility, while also improving posture and reducing joint stiffness and muscle tension. Tai Chi can help
reduce stress and lead to a calm state of mind.

Semper Fit Boot Camp
Coach Vince, a former active duty Marine turned certified fitness trainer, created Semper Fit Boot Camp as a military-style
circuit workout featuring high-intensity conditioning and power moves. Using his experience in the Marine Corps and
combining it with the knowledge he gained through his group training and nutrition certifications to give an upbeat class that
tones, strengthens and motivates!
