Mosaics
             Learn how to mosaic using stained glass, tiles, china, beads, jewelry and other found objects. This class is appropriate for
        both beginners and those with some experience. Our first project is a 17” round that can be used as a tabletop, lazy susan,
        etc. Over 8 weeks you will learn to use various tools and best practices to create your masterpiece in a fun and supportive
        environment. Returning students may choose their own project. Cost includes materials and instruction.

        Canvas Painting - Local Landscapes
             Celebrate  the  beauty  of  our  town  by  painting  a  series  of  landscapes  of  East  Brunswick  and  the  surrounding  area.
        Beginning with step-by-step instruction and then progressing to work from photographs and nature. Students will learn about
        techniques, color, and composition with a little history mixed in. Open to artists of all skill levels.

        Introduction to Polymer Clay
             The possibilities are endless with polymer clay, a versatile and easy to work with oven bake modeling clay. Participants will
        learn  sculpting  basics,  how  to  make  an  armature,  surface  finishing  techniques  and  more.  Projects  may  include  making  a
        figurine, a patterned candle holder, and an ornament. If time permits, students will be able to create on their own.

        Dot Mandalas
             Learn how to create freeform dot mandalas using grids, dotting tools, and acrylic paint. This class is appropriate for both
        beginner and experienced artists. Over 4 weeks you will learn to measure and create grids and various techniques for striking
        circular patterns with colorful dots. Finished pieces include canvas, rocks, and tile. Cost includes all materials and instruction.

        Citizen Police Academy
             The East Brunswick Police Department will be hosting a Citizen Police Academy open to East Brunswick residents and
        business  owners.  Demonstrations  and  activities  will  be  instructed  by  various  members  of  the  EBPD,  and  will  include
        information on Crime Prevention and Neighborhood Watch Groups, Gun Safety, Terrorism, Computer Crimes and Internet,
        Crime  Scene  Investigation,  Patrol  Techniques,  and  more.  There  will  also  be  demonstrations  from  our  SWAT  team  and
                                             Motorcycle Officers.  Participants will learn information about the inner workings of
                                             the  EBPD  and gain  a better understanding of the police  profession and  how  they
