Class Project: 2021-22

               The 2021-22 LSBA Leadership Class Project: Military Legal Help Videos

               The Class created a project assisting military service members and their families. The Class filmed
               five videos on civil legal topics recommended  by local JAG offices: accessing VA benefits;
               landlord/tenant issues; divorce; estate planning; and setting up a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned
               Small Business. The videos will be put on a dedicated webpage along with a list of additional
               resources. A flyer will be sent to local JAG offices and veterans' hospitals with a QR code to access
               the videos and a link to the website.

               available to local and specialty bar associations to educate LSBA members about the association
               and the services it provides. It is approved for professionalism MCLE credit.
