Eric K. Barefield Shawn is a member of the Professional Programs
Department as Practice Management Counsel. She is
responsible for the administration of the Law Office
Management Assistance Program, which supplies LSBA
members with information and resources in the core
areas of marketing, management, technology and finance
so that its members can manage their practices more
effectively. In addition to administrating the LSBA’s
Solo and Small Firm Conference, she is responsible for
the administration of the LSBA Fee Dispute Resolution
Program. Shawn joined the staff in March 2010, after
