Airman 1st Class Robert Huber, 56th Component Maintenance Squadron
Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory technician, tightens a
connection on an electronic countermeasure systems tester while cali-
brating the machine at Luke Air Force Base. PMEL technicians use this
machine to test the ECMS on all active F-16 Fighting Falcons on base.
