Working with your RMC, Western Road (Ealing) Residents Man Co Ltd, our aim is to provide you with a first-class service which is tailored to your needs while also keeping the development well maintained, with safe and secure buildings and pleasing outside communal spaces. At Western Road, we are committed to creating and maintaining a respectful, safe and enjoyable community in which you can feel proud to be a part.
A set of House Rules have been created with these aims in mind. The purpose of the House Rules is to balance the differing needs and lifestyles of residents, and with the cooperation
of all, maintain standards and uphold the agreements
detailed within the lease.
