Welcome
I would like to start by welcoming you to the first edition of Abberley Hall’s Agent Newsletter.
I hope that in the following pages you
will begin to get a taste of the fantastic education that we offer children here. Set amid 90 acres of woods and grounds, we create space in our weekly timetable to make the most of the opportunities that such an idyllic setting offers. Learning outside is just as important as what happens in the classroom, so our pupils are introduced to everything from fishing to outdoor cooking, rebuilding a Land Rover to foraging, forest school, and
so much more. Pupils leave Abberley Hall with broad horizons, with a deep- rooted self-belief and confidence, and with the foundations to excel at senior school. Pupils are now back on site after successful remote teaching and learning, and their smiles speak for themselves. In typical Abberley style, the children have already been up to so much, such as
dressing up for World Book Day, a ‘Back Together’ party, comedy nights, inflatable fun games and a huge scavenger hunt set in our wonderful grounds. We have also had fantastic news regarding our Year 8s gaining scholarships to their senior schools, with many offered from some of the top schools in the country across all disciplines.
