2021 – University Offers Location
Welcome to the fourth edition of Malvern Buzz
May I start by wishing you all a belated Happy New Year. I hope that
you all managed to spend some quality time with your families over the Christmas break. We have started the year with some exciting news about the university offers our pupils have received from Oxbridge and other prestigious Universities including The London School of Economics, Imperial College London and Columbia University, New York. We are
also able to announce the opening in September ’21 of our seventh international campus, Malvern College Switzerland, please go to
page 26 for more detail.
We are optimistic that we will be able to host your pupils safely on campus from mid-April and we are all certainly very much looking forward to that moment. We have a created a huge programme of events that aims
to give your pupils a taster of what it is like to live and learn at Malvern College. The events are varied and include Malvern Mastermind; a fiendish mix of paper-based quizzes as well as some physical challenges which will appeal to the critical thinkers and problem solvers who are all competitive in spirit; Malvern Creative which will be hosted by our DT Faculty; a Full Choral Evensong hosted by our music department in
our wonderful Chapel and all the normal events such as the extremely popular girls and boys EIGHT8 cricket competitions in the summer.
