Employee Orientation
What is It?
• Employee Orientation is the process of how you welcome your
new employee into your business. This includes the completion
of I-9 and W-4 forms, reviewing job duties, and setting
expectations for the employee.
Why is it Important?
• This streamlines the process of introducing new hires to their
jobs, co-workers, responsibilities, and workplace. It encourages
employees to be comfortable in the workplace and adapt more
quickly in the role.
