Employee Orientation

               What is It?

                   • Employee Orientation is the process of how you welcome your

new employee into your business. This includes the completion
of I-9 and W-4 forms, reviewing job duties, and setting

                       expectations for the employee.

               Why is it Important?

                   • This streamlines the process of introducing new hires to their

jobs, co-workers, responsibilities, and workplace. It encourages
employees to be comfortable in the workplace and adapt more

                       quickly in the role.

How Does It Impact Your Business?

                   • It improves overall employee retention.
