                    PRESENTATION OF SELF (PHONE)

          When talking on the phone with a client for the  rst time


                   Positive Energy

                   Phone Conversations: Upbeat, happy, friendly, focused on call, no
                   crazy background noises (Grocery store, crazy kids, casino, bar etc)
                   Remember - You never know what your client is thinking or how they
                   react when they get off the phone with you.


                   Voice

                   On Phone: Speak clearly and into the phone, have voice in ection
                   when speaking, don't breathe heavy on the phone, happy voice not
                   humdrum
                   Speak clearly, speak directly to client, have voice in ection, smile
                   when speaking.
                   NO monotone voice.


                   Conversations

                   Think about the Scenario - Cater the conversation around
                   Buyer/Seller (Buckets)
                   Questions related to the scenario they are experiencing (Buckets)

                   •   Take answers to form new questions
                   •   Form "Game Plan"

                   •   Recap and Buy-In from clients
                   •   CTA - (Send pics or screen shots of homes)
