perfectly competent at moving the club with the big muscles
of the upper body as you use the hands and arms to stabilize
the putter relative to your chest as you rotate back and
forward.
Now you can gradually lower the putter to the ground as you
continue to use the big muscles of the upper body to create
the motion.
Once you feel that you have mastered this technique, and it
might take several sessions to do this, you are ready to move
on to the next step. You will now repeat this experience with a
chipping motion and then move on to a small pitch shot,
gradually increasing the speed and length of the swing until
you can perform the motion of a complete swing with a ball in
the way of the forward swing.
It may take several practice sessions to master this technique,
but it is critical that you do not abandon this effort unless you
are also willing to abandon your goal of fulfilling your
