Gas grill boys
                           “Coon Ass” Sandwich

                                             (Conley’s Favorite)

                                         Ingredients



               1 lb ground pork sausage
               1 onion, chopped
               1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
               1 can mushrooms
               1 egg, beaten
               8 oz mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded

                                         Lagniappe


               Fry the sausage and onion together till the sausage is cooked completely
               drain and set aside to cool.

               Shape the bread dough into a thin rectangle and brush with half the beaten
               egg.

               Spread the sausage and egg mixture on the dough leaving a little room on the
               sides. Spread the mushrooms evenly, top with the shredded cheese and roll
               into a loaf, be sure to tuck in the ends.

               Brush the top with the remaining egg and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
