Shrimp & Bacon Sliders



                                            Ingredients


               Extra large shrimp
               4 tbsp butter
               1 small onion sliced and sautéed
               8 oz sharp cheese
               12 slices bacon
               12 large potato rolls
               ½ cup butter
               2 tbsp prepared mustard
               1 tbsp Worcestershire
               1 tbsp poppy seeds
               ½ cup brown sugar
                                             Lagniappe



               Thinly slice the onion and sauté in the butter for about 5 minutes

               Preheat the butter, add the shrimp and cook till opaque

               Sprinkle the bacon with some brown sugar and broil till crispy but not burnt

               Prepare a baking dish with foil and place the bottoms of 12 rolls on the bottom

               Layer the cheese, bacon, onions and 203 shrimp on the bottom portion of the rolls
               and then top with the top of the roll.

               In a medium sauce pan bring ½ cup butter to a soft boil. Add mustard,
               Worcestershire, poppy seeds and brown sugar.

               Pour the sauce over the sandwiches prior to baking.

               Cover the dish with foil and bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake
               another 10 minutes.  Serve hot or cold.
