Gas grill boys


                              Soft Shelled Crab


                                         Ingredients


               Soft shell Crabs cleaned
               Liquid smoke
               French roll or French bread
               Water
               Zatarans or Cajun fry mix
               Tomato
               1 egg
               Lettuce
               Remoulade sauce
               Dill pickle slice
                                         Lagniappe



               Clean crabs by cutting off face, lift side of shell and snip off gills

               Remove insides from the front removing the bottom center of the crab
               Leave legs and pinchers

               Marinate crab in ½ water and liquid smoke mix

               Dredge crabs in egg and fry mix. Let set in fridge for mix to set

               Fry in Peanut Oil,

               Assemble Po Boy on French roll with lettuce, tomato and dill pickle

               Serve with Remoulade sauce or Cajun mustard

               If cooked on grill, season with Cajun seasoning and grill shell down
               Make into PO Boy or serve with Asparagus and Remoulade sauce
