Crab Guacamole
Ingredients
½ cup crab meat 2 tsp lime juice
2 ripe avocados 1 tsp hot sauce
1 Roma tomato 1 tsp salt
¼ cup diced onion ½ tsp minced Jalapeno
1 tsp chopped cilantro 2 tsp pepper
1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp sour cream

In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix till a chunky paste ois
formed. Serve with Tortilla chips.

Soft Shelled Crab
Wrapped In Bacon
Ingredients
8 soft shelled Crabs (cleaned)
8 slice of bacon
½ cup seasoned flour
Lagniappe
Wrap each cleaned crab with a bacon slice. Dust the wrapped crab in the
seasoned flour and let sit for a few minutes. Deep fry the crab in a small
fryer or shallow skillet till the bacon is done (about 3 minutes per side)
Serve with your favorite mustard Vinaigrette or Remoulade sauce or make
into Po- Boy
