Gas grill boys

                                  Bar-B-Que Crab




                                         Ingredients

               Cleaned fresh split Crabs
               1 part liquid smoke, equal part water

               SEASONING

               10 parts salt
               3 parts sugar
               3 parts paprik3 parts garlic powder
               2 parts onion powder
                  th
               1/4  Black pepper
                  th
               1/4  cayenne

                                         Lagniappe


               Soak Crabs in the smoke water for several hours.  Dredge in the seasoning
               and let stand in refrigerator for several hours.  (Option boiling the crabs for 2
               to 3 minutes prior to deep frying makes the meat easier to get out of the
               shell)

               Deep fry at 350
