Gas grill boys
Seafood Stew
Ingredients
1 cup diced celery
1/ cup diced bell pepper
½ cup diced onion
3 tbsp chopped garlic
5 ½ cups fish, stock
1 can chopped tomato
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 package Zatarans Spanish Rice Mix
½ tsp salt
½ lb cod or flounder
½ lb lump crab meat
½ lb medium shrimp (peeled)
1 pint shucked oysters with liquor
1 lb okra (optional)

Heat the oil in a sauce pan and sauté celery, peppers, onions and garlic for
three minutes. Stir in the stock, tomatoes, tomato paste and rice mix, bring to
a boil reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Add the fish and seafood and
boil till oysters start to curl, season with salt and pepper.
Serve with garlic toast on the side.
