Cajun BBQ Shrimp
Ingredients
½ tsp red pepper, ground
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp rosemary leaves
½ tsp dried oregano leaves
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire
½ cup strong fish stock or 2 shrimp or seafood bouillon cubes
½ bottle beer
2 dozen large shell-on shrimp

In a small bowl mix the seasoning mix and set aside
Melt down the butter with the garlic and Worcestershire sauce, add in the seasoning
mix and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
Add two crushed fish or shrimp bouillon cubes (or ½ cup very strong fish stock)
sauté a couple of minutes, stir in the beer and let simmer till the foam has diminished.
Add the shrimp with shell on, and cook till they change color shaking the pan (verses
stirring) in a back and forth manner. Remove from heat and serve immediately with
lots of garlic French bread for dipping.
