Deviled eggs

                                              With


                             Asparagus and ham


                                            Ingredients


               ½ lbs fresh Asparagus chopped
               10 hard cooked eggs
               1 can deviled ham spread
               1 tbsp heavy cream cheese
               1 tsp grated onion
               ¾ tsp dry mustard
               ½ tsp Worcestershire
               ½ tsp salt

                                           Lagniappe


               Cook the Asparagus in a pot of lightly salted water till tender, Drain well and
               set aside

               Scoop yolks out of the hard cooked eggs, transfer to a bowl and mash well.

               Mash deviled ham spread, cream cheese, onion, ¾ tsp dry mustard
               Worcestershire, ½ tsp salt and the chopped asparagus together with the egg
               yolks and lightly run through a food processor.

               Fill the cavities in the egg halves with the mixture.
